Product Description

Create a more intentional place to sit, breathe, and simply be with the OMSutra Traditional Zafu Meditation Cushion.

Inspired by the traditional round floor cushions used for seated meditation, the Zafu has a flat sitting surface and is filled with organic buckwheat hulls. The hulls shift and settle beneath the body, providing a supportive foundation for seated meditation and other quiet floor practices.

A side zipper provides access to the filling, allowing buckwheat hulls to be added or removed to adjust the cushion to your preferred level of support.

The exterior is crafted from heavy cotton twill for everyday durability, while an integrated carrying handle makes it convenient to move from room to room or take along to a meditation class or retreat.

Use the Zafu directly on the floor or pair it with a Zabuton meditation mat when additional cushioning beneath the knees and ankles is desired.

Care & Instructions

Use the side zipper to access the buckwheat hull filling when adjusting the cushion. Add or remove filling gradually until you reach your preferred height and firmness.
